1. All items sold are based on pre order item ( Client order & pay first, then will submit order to supplier) unless stated.

2. All items are non-refundable or exchangeable after being sold.

3. No backout buyers.

4. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of items during the delivery process.

5. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia for all deliveries within Malaysia.

* Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g
(use pos ekpress envelope)-for small perfume

*Sabah/Sarawak : RM8 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g

6. Please allow :2-4 days for delivery(for READY STOCK items).10-15 days for delivery(for PRE-ORDER items)unless stated otherwise.
